This will be where you, your classmates, and I will post prompts for blog entries and discussion over the course of the semester.  You will never post your actual entry here -- those will go on your own blog -- but any prompts, questions, concerns, etc. for the whole class can go on here.  You will also be able to check here anytime you need to know what the prompt for the upcoming week is going to be.

Additionally, once everyone has been added to the blog, the link to your and your classmates' blogs will be posted on the right.  This will make it easier for you to check and comment on your classmates' blogs throughout the semester.

Your first prompt for this week is to post a general personal intro.  Where are you from, what are your interests, your major, what do you hope to accomplish at Columbia?
